Article Collections

 

Here you can create, edit and delete Article Collections.

 

These can be added to Back-Office Invoices or defined in Tournaments as a Registration Fee.

 

 

 

How to set up an Article Collection

 

 

→ Click on this button to create a new Article Collection:

 

 

This opens a new dialog window:

 

 

Define a:

  • Display Name for this Article Collection

  • An optional Description

  • Seller (this is useful if you have multiple Sellers set up to eliminate errors)

  • Business Unit (this is useful if you have multiple Business Units set up to eliminate errors)

 

→ Click on this button to save this new Article Collection:

 

 

 

→ Click on this button to to edit an existing Article Collection:

 

 

→ To save the change, click on this button:

 

→ Click on this button to delete an Article Collection (this does not delete individual Products from the system):

 

 

→ Click on this button to confirm deleting this Article Collection.

 

How to add Products to an Article Collection

 

 

Click on the new Article Collection:

 

 

→ Click on this button to add an individual Product to this Article Collection:

 

 

Search for the Product to be added, define a Quantity and define a note (optional).

 

→ Click on this button to add this Product to the Article Collection:

 

 

You may add as many Products to this Article Collection as you like.

 

 

→ Click on this button to add additional Products to this Article Collection.

 

Do this for all other Products you want to add to this Article Collection:

 

 

→ Click on this button to edit an already existing Product:

 

 

 

 

→ To save the change, click on this button:

 

→ Click on this button to unassign a Product from the Article Collection (not from the system):

 

 

→ Click on this button to confirm unassigning this Product from the Article Collection.
