Overview
Here you can find information about your POS-Tickets, both completed and deleted alike.

POS-Ticket

Â
For each POS-Ticket created, there will be the the following information available for it:

POS-Ticket number - The number of a POS-Ticket
Group name - The POS-Ticket’s POS-Group this POS-Device belongs to
Device - The POS-Device’s name.
Customer - The Customer chosen for this POS-Ticket (= if completed, an Invoice is created under this Customer’s record)
Seller - The Seller of the Product(s) for this POS-Ticket
User - The User who created this POS-Ticket
Date Created - Â The date the POS-Ticket was created
Date Deleted - Â The date the POS-Ticket was deleted (blank if not deleted)
Last Updated - The time the POS-Ticket was last updated (when it was last created, deleted, edited, paid, etc.)
Payment date - The date and time the POS-Ticket was paid
Locked By - If this POS-Ticket has been locked, which User it was locked by
Locked Since - The date and time since when this POS-Ticket has been locked
Invoice Payment - In case this POS-Ticket is a payment of an Invoice, the Invoice number is referenced
Customer Account Funding - This will be marked in case you were charging up an Electronic Wallet.

Below this, it will show the POS-Ticket’s Products associated with, if you select a POS-Ticket:

If payed for by a Payment Terminal, you can see the entry and its Status as well:
Committed → The Customer is being charged, the Payment was successful.
Failed → The Customer is not being charged. Various reasons why this may happen (faulty setup, unstable internet connectivity, faulty Credit Card, etc.)
Aborted by POS → The Customer is not being charged. The Payment Process was manually stopped in by the Cashier.

The following section will clarify the different parameters shown for POS-Ticket Item(s).
POS-Ticket Item
Â
Each Product sold is being listed individually. The default-order is from newest to oldest created.

The following information is available:
Â
Created on -Â The date and time this Product was added to a POS-Ticket
Date Deleted -Â The date and time this Product was deleted from a POS-Ticket (blank if not deleted)
Payment Date -Â The date and time this Product has been paid for
- This can vary if individual Products are paid for by different CustomersProduct - The Product’s name.
- This does not reflect changes made to a POS-Ticket Item’s Description. It will always show the original name of the ProductQuantity - The Quantity of a POS-Ticket Item(s) / POS-Ticket Position.
Total Price -Â The total price of the POS-Ticket Item(s) / POS-Ticket Position.
Discount -Â If a Discount is applied, it will show the Discount in numbers.
VAT -Â The Vat in numbers of the Product
- This is impacted by Discounts applied and will correctly show the actual amount after the Discount is appliedVat % -Â The VAT in %
Price Base - This will show either Gross or Net, depending on the Product
Last Updated -Â The date and time this Product was last updated (created, deleted, edited, paid, etc.)
