Billing templates

Under this tab of Periodic billing, you will see an overview of your already created Billing templates.

These templates can be assigned to your memberships so every new member with this specific membership will be billed automatically, saving you a lot of time.

 

You can always define customer-specific price reductions in Customers & CRM - Billing template. These can be individually configured, in case you need to make adjustments.

 

 

Billing templates can also be viewed under Clubs → Managed Golfclubs → Billing templates.

 

You may create a new Billing template by clicking on the green + button.

 

 

If you click on the Membership type, 2 buttons will be shown below.

 

 

Add an already defined article.

Add an already defined Product collection.

 

Clicking on either of those 2 buttons, you will open a new (identical) dialog window.

 

 

Define the following:

 

  • Product (your article)

  • Stock Quantity

  • Period (if applicable)

  • Due Date (can be changed to suit your needs)

  • Storage Location (optional)

 

After pressing on the “Add Product Tag”, you will add the product or product collection to this template.

 

 

Now we finished setting up our automated Billing template for our future customer.
