Overview

This section of the Tee Time calendar settings enables you to set up your individual Golf courses to be booked in your GolfSuite and, in addition, online (if you choose to do so).

You may view an information about, edit, copy or delete (this can not be reverted) a Golf Course.

Under Golf course List you can view:

• Is Active - if the Golf course is active, it will be shown in the Tee Time calendar.

• Online Available - If this is checked, the Golf course is shown online

• SB Terminal Available - if checked, the Golf course can be shown on the SB-Terminal-Display

• Name - the name of the Golf course

• Rental Location - the location of the rental objects

• Play Duration - average time for a 9H/18H round to conclude

• Description - a description of this Golf course

• Managed Golf Club - the Golf Club the Golf course belongs to

Creating and managing your Golf courses

When creating a new Golf Course, you can define the following:

Open

• Is Active - if the Golf course is active, it will be shown in the Tee Time calendar

• Business Unit - the Business Unit this Golf course is assisgned to

• Name - the name of the Golf course

• Play Duration - average time taken a full round of the Golf course to play from start to finish

• Next booking is allowed in minutes - define a value to prevent multiple Bookings in a set interval
  - e.g. 9H → Enter 140 and save → an Online-Booking of the same customer is only available 140 minutes after an existing Booking
  - e.g. 18H → Enter 270 and save → an Online-Booking of the same customer is only available 270 minutes after an existing Booking

• Rental Location - the location of the rental objects

• Color at calendar - choose a color for this Golf course

• Description - a description of this Golf course

• Online Available - If this is checked, the Golf course is shown online

• SB Terminal Available - if checked, the Golf course can be shown on the SB-Terminal-Display

• Sort Index - useful to manage multiple Golf courses and to prevent sync issues (define a unique number)
  - this sorts the order in which the Golf courses are shown

• Physical Holes - the total number of physical Holes

• Add. Booking Variant in Minutes - this affects Follow-Up-Bookings, which will be available after the 1st Start time ends. This is based on either the Greenfee Facet’s duration, if defined, or the default duration you take to play through the course (Play duration). The value of this field is then added to suggest the 1st next possible time
  e.g. If you define 60m here and want to place a Follow-Up Booking in the system, the first suggested time is 15:50 (4h30m for the 18H and 60m variance):
  
  

• Reply To Email Address - define an E-Mail to reply to (for the customers, if you send them a confirmation)

• Restricted To Role - only specific roles (= user account types) can see and place bookings for this course

• Default Male TeeOff - default TeeOff used to print out Scorecards for male players

• Default FemaleTeeOff - default TeeOff used to print out Scorecards for female players

• No Show Email Template - a specific type of E-Mail sent for players marked as No-Show when canceling a booking

• Discarding No Show Customer Tag - removed any restrictions due to No-Show if assigned to a customer’s CRM record

• Confirmation Header - adds a Header to booking confirmations sent from Nexxchange.com

• Confirmation Body - adds a Body to booking confirmations sent from Nexxchange.com

• Confirmation Footer - adds a Footer to booking confirmations sent from Nexxchange.com
