Automated Emails

 

Automated E-Mail dispatch

 

Under Customers > Automated Emails, you may set up when and how often you want to send out automated Emails.

To set up a new automated E-Mail, click on the +-Button, which will open up a new dialog window.

 

The following may be defined by you:

  • Active

  • Description (mandatory)

  • Business Unit

  • Filtered Customer

  • Using Email Template (which template will be sent)

  • Repeat Filtering Customer (mandatory, the amount of times repeated depending on the frequency)

  • Frequency Unit (time period)

  • Last Run (may be defined)

  • Next Run (mandatory, defines when this automated email will be sent; updates to this schedule depend on the defined frequency).

 

If you want to edit an existing entry, it will look like this:

 

 

Design your own Email:

 

You may design your own Email Template under Club management > Templates > Template Positions.

Here you click on the +-Button and follow a few following basic steps.

 

  1. Put a tick next to the Active-checkbox.

  2. Set the Template Position Kind to Email.

  3. Add Placeholders (its best to try them out yourself).

  4. Set a Template Name.

  5. Edit and format your text.

  6. Save the template.

 

It should look similar to this before you save the template:

 

 

Adding anything under Template Position, Template Position Filter Object and Template Position Filter Object ID should be avoided.

 

Additional information on common Placeholders used in E-Mails will be added in the future.
