How to Add a Corporate Customer or Agent
Under the tab “Customers & CRM”, click on this button in the upper right corner:
This will open a new dialog window.
Corporate Customer
You can put in the following information for a Corporate Customer:
Salutation (defined under Salutation)
Company Name
Nationality
Homepage (an url)
Commercial Register Number (of this corporate customer, if provided)
License Number (if needed)
VAT no. (VAT number)
Tax no. (Tax number, sometimes identical with the VAT)
Mobile phone
Phone
Email
Corporate Customers may be treated differently or equally to regular customers, e.g. they can be booked and billed just like any other customer of your Golf Club.
Corporate customers are sometimes used for Dynamic Memberships.
Agent
If you want an Agent to be able to book himself or/and want to know how you can set up an agent agreement, please refer to the following page:
Customers & CRM - Agent agreement
Do not create this entity locally if this agent wants to book independently via our Marketplace. Please navigate to the site stated earlier to find out how you can set this up.
Agents can book without triggering an invoice or requiring a Price Rule to reduce the price to 0, which is also explained in the previously stated link.
An Agent slightly differs from a regular corporate customer.
You may also define a Type for Agents: Hotel, Tour Operator or Travel Agency.
An Agent can be set in a booking to refer customers brought by this agent.
It is not possible to change the record of a Corporate Customer into an Agent or vice versa.
Example: Price rule for customers brought by an Agent
As shown in the Screenshot, our Agent can be picked.
Prior to this, we have defined a Price Rule named “TestRuleAgent”:
Because we defined the Agent during the booking, we were able to get a discount for our customer.
