Marketplace

Joint presence as a networked marketplace (analogous to Amazon) and direct billing by clubs.

Fully integrated, centralised booking platform:

TaxGreen Fee sales are carried out directly by the golf course operator, not by Nexxchange; if the operator is a non-profit club or association, he can sell Green Fee - despite online payment - free of VAT, provided that the player himself is a member of another golf club.

  • Cooperation with golf club
    Hotel requests and golf club decides if and to which agreements. Golf club will determine:
    • Billing interval
    • account frame
    • Start times offer: If golf club wishes, separate times can be defined in which hotels may book only limitedly.
  • Green fee price: Outside the voucher offer, own hotel prices can be defined.
  • Direct real-time bookings: optimized reservation process allows green fee requests at any time (24/7) and own booking request to be confirmed immediately, including rebooking and billing process, overview.
  • Clearing (billing)

Billing Golfclub takes place:

  • if desired automated, invoices can also only be created when the guest arrives
  • fully integrated.


Invoices can be viewed independently by the hotel (if desired), provided to the hotel by the golf club or sent directly from GolfSuite by the golf club via e-mail.

  • Vouchers/vouchers automated without visible price
    Arrangements between golf club and hotel are fully integrated. Package offers can be offered together and advertised on the marketplace.

The actual green fee remains hidden from the guest at all times.

Through direct 'straight through' reservation process (24/7) booking enquiries are confirmed immediately, including changes in bookings and billing process, overview. Direct booking confirmation reduces the effort for hotels and agencies to a minimum, as guests (hotel, travel agency) are also immediately informed of availability or successful booking.

Company Memberships

Dynamic corporate membership module

The administration of the eligible player is carried out by the respective company, administration is handled via the tool - taking into account the non-monetary remuneration limit for employees.

Nexxchange does not charge any access fees.

Credit card payment

Allows players, with a credit card once deposited, to book all connected facilities.

Not comparable with the simple integration of a credit card as a means of payment, but includes a uniform booking process that gives players the security of knowing that they will get their money back if they cancel within the agreed cancellation terms. Only with the marketplace model will online green fee sales prevail.

The booking process includes the following functions:

Advantages for players:
Communication and acceptance of individual cancellation options per club before booking
Display in the booking journal how long you can cancel free of charge. If deadline has expired, communication that Green Fee can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
Possibility of partial cancellation of individual players
automatic refund for cancellation within cancellation period
Timely SMS notification in case of course not playable cancellation, so that players know 2 hours before the start that a course is closed.
Notification of the course operator that a course is playable again in X hours and request to extend a course block if a course is still not playable.
Booking of additional items in the online process possible
Automatic authorisation of bookings for bookings within 7 days prior to the budget billing date in order to avoid refund costs.
Transmission of the club's online statement, or all cancellation statements clearly arranged in the customer account journal can be called up at any time.
Advantages for plant operators:
Automatic reconciliation process with customer billing so that all credit notes and cancellations can be correctly booked in the accounting department
Step by step, a large number of players can be reached, not only at home, but also abroad, who have already booked at other courses and therefore do not have to deposit cards for individual clubs again (analogous to the Amazon marketplace).
Foreign players can directly book Austrian courses in their native language

Nexxchange does not charge access or ongoing fees for agents (hotels or travel agencies) bookings.

Bundled offer

Offers innovative pricing flexibility that together allows you to maximize utilization ("Yield Management"). Clubs can thus create attractive voucher quotas and offer them online. Partner agents can purchase vouchers directly from them, settle accounts and offer golfers attractive combination offers from start times with overnight stays, breakfast, etc..

Agents can present offers on the marketplace. Customers are offered vouchers where they can also book start times directly. Detailed offer information and booking options can be found directly on the linked hotel website.

Golfer can book start times online and then redeem vouchers in the club.

Club CooperationsMutual green fee discounts between clubs are all deposited.
