Agent module
Introductory remarks
The agent module connects agents (hotels, travel agencies, external booking offices, ...) with golf courses (golf clubs, operators).
This module thus forms the link between the Nexxchange marketplace and the GolfSuite.
Advantages for golfers
- Regional tee times portal - the golfer has an overview of all golf clubs including game options in an entire region. Here he can book green fees.
- Bundle offers - on the regional tee times portal golfers are offered interesting bundles (green fee + overnight stay). If he clicks on one of the offers, he is directly linked to the hotel page and can book the bundle there. The golfer gets a voucher, which can be used in a defined week e.g.: 33., either Monday - Friday or Saturday or Sunday. The golfer books directly and pays by entering the voucher number. If he makes a reservation by telephone, he hands over the voucher at the reception instead of payment. The bundles are offered to the golfer directly next to the green fee booking options, such as a Google Adword Link advertisement. It is recorded whether there is Mo.-Fr. or Sa./So., whether overnight stay, breakfast, half board or full board is offered, how many green fees and the price of the bundle. If he is interested, he clicks through to the hotel page to find out details and can also book directly. Advantages for hotels
- Hotels can buy vouchers, i.e. green fees for a certain point in time at favourable prices directly from the golf course operators via the Nexxchange site and tie them up to a bundle with their own offers (overnight stay + meals).
- Regional tee times portal: Hotels can advertise the bundles they have put together on the portal and thus directly reach the interesting target group of golfers.
- Acquire favourable tee times, which can be sold to the end consumer as a bundle with accommodation and food at a good price.
- Portal as an advertising opportunity in the target group of golf players.
- In cooperation with golf clubs, increase capacity utilisation in the pre- and post-season.
- A good platform to draw the attention of golfers through cooperation of the regional tee times portal with the tourism associations.
- New channel product to offer incoming prices that are only available as a bundle.
Hotels must sign an agent agreement and can use the software web-based and free of charge via login. The hotels see the voucher prices of the golf course operators per week and calculate their bundle prices in competition with other hotels, which can also enter bundle offers. The bundle price is entered in an input mask in which the other parameters of the bundle (number of overnight stays, breakfast, number of green fees, etc.) are also entered. Nexxchange offers a transparent platform where hotels can enter their bundle prices and golfers can compare offers. This creates feedback cycles that will very quickly lead to market prices for bundle offers for each week.
Advantages for golf clubs
- Voucher - Golfclubs can adjust Greefees exactly to the season and the weekdays (Mo.-Fr. and Sa./So.) and operate so an optimal price management/Yield management. A total of 104 different price combinations are possible in 52 weeks. The golf courses thus offer hotels interesting prices, which in turn can tie them up into a bundle. However, these prices are only visible to the hotels and not to the end consumers, so that golf clubs and hotels can offer an interesting price for them.
- Regional tee times portal - In the portal all green fee players look for tee times and prices, that is the target group for bundle offers. Members only need the portal to a limited extent to reserve tee times. Additional expansion of the target group because of additional booking options.
- Software makes optimal Yield management possible, since prices for Voucher can be offered, which lie clearly under the market prices for the Greenfees.
- Utilization in the Nebensaison increase - by the Voucher sales to hotels as new co-operation partners. Neither hotels nor golf courses alone can lift the potential of the bundle offer, only together the potential can be developed.

Functionalities
The golf club will immediately receive a notification of the agent's request for cooperation:
After clicking on the notification icon, an overview of the currently available notifications opens. In addition to the current birthdays of members, for example, this can also be a reference to a cooperation request:
The golf club activates the filter of open contact requests and sees the request of the hotel test:
In the customer overview, all hotels (agents) are highlighted in color:
The hotel is selected and its status is to be activated in the master data.
The employee in the golf club now switches to the Agent Agreement tab to create a new agreement with the hotel test:

The agent agreement must now be synchronized with the portal from within the GolfSuite:
After successful synchronization between GolfSuite and the Nexxchange marketplace, the cooperation offer is available in the admin area of the hotel agent.
Create voucher
The golf club makes vouchers available to agents (hotels, travel agencies, ..) for purchase in the Nexxchange marketplace. These vouchers are created directly in the "Voucher Calendar".
Article management
In order to better explain the voucher concept, we will first explain a few terms. When creating a voucher, the so-called "contingent dependencies" must be defined. This determines what the issued voucher can be used for.
Exactly one of the following four fields must be filled out:
- Value
- Articles
- article categories
- article collections
Consideration
Set the price for the voucher here.
Note: The value of the voucher is visible to the end customer directly on the printout, but not the price at which the agent buys the voucher.
Item
Select exactly the item for which you want the voucher to be valid.
Item Categories
The articles are divided into main categories and article categories.

In the main category Greenfees all article categories are then combined:
Note: Each item must be assigned to a specific item category.
Article collections
Any number of articles can be combined in one collection. The quantity for each article of this collection can be defined individually.
You will find the management of the article collections in the menu "Articles" under "Collections".
In our example we want to combine all Greenfee articles WT (weekdays) into one collection.
First create a new article collection:
In the next step, please add all desired green fee items to the collection:
Voucher contingents
The voucher quotas can be found under 'Articles'.
In the calendar it is possible to create a voucher contingent.
Select the desired days and fill in the information.
Article name is the name of the voucher. The agents will see this name in the portal.
Article category is the category you want to select for this voucher.
The period determines when the voucher can be used.
The value defines how much the voucher is sold. Select either a reference article or a reference price. If you want a reference price, you can also add a discount or an increase to the price rate.
e.g.: 0.8 means that the agent has to pay 80% of the full price.
Defines contingent dependencies for which the specified voucher can be redeemed. It can be an equivalent or an article/article category/article collection.
Quota details determine the validity of the voucher.
Quota is the number of the available voucher.
Redeem Voucher
The voucher contains the logo and the data of the golf club, the data of the player and the quota data.
The barcode allows the golf club to automatically enter the vouchers at the PoS.
Teetime Booking
In the redemption period, a tee time is booked for the players for the period of the contingent.
Payment at POS
The golf club can select the Tee time items and the payment will be made with the voucher.
It is possible to scan or write the barcodes and redeem the vouchers immediately.

You can also sell vouchers and personalize them.
