Timingsheet

This overview shows you all booked start times and those from tournaments - depending on your selection:

The duration, number of holes and name of the course (or tournaments) is directly linked to the Golf courses' settings.

Changes made in Golf courses' settings will be reflected after a few minutes and automatically synchronized with the Timing Sheet.

Display Options

There are multiple ways to visually adapt the Timing Sheet.

Choosing which start times to show

If there are any start times for a course you manage or for a tournaments you are hosting on that day, you can choose which start times to show:

Screenshot_1764.png

This will then show the additional course’s / tournaments’ start times, separately displayed:

Show Club

Toggling this on or off will show or hide the Home Club of the player, which is displayed below the player’s name and HCPI:

Single Hole Mode

Toggling this option on will show only the current hole the flight should be at, tracked in real time:

Sort by Start Hole

Hide finished Flight

If defined, you can hide already finished Flights - click below “Hide finished flights” and choose an option:

As you can see in the following screenshot, the flight starting at 10:50 is not visible:

You can remove your selection by clicking on your already selected option again (e.g. you chose 1 Hour → you click on it again to reset the display to the default view).

Show flights starting at

Choose this option if you have tournaments starting from Tee1 & Tee10 and only want to see the start times starting from either - in this example, we only want to see who is starting at Tee10:

Functionality & Management (for the Marshall)

The Marshall is an important part of each Golf Club to supervise who is playing and to keep the etiquette of the golf sport upright.

To assist them doing their job independently, a QR-Code can be scanned - click on the button shown in the screenshot to start this process:

A new dialog window will then appear - usually, nothing needs to be changed here:

The Marshall has to scan the QR-Code shown on the screen with the camera of the device being used and then click on the message popping up on the screen.

You might need to refresh the QR code - in order to do so, please click on the blue button:

Screenshot_1775.png

Once the message is clicked / pressed, a Tab / Window of the Webbrowser will be opened, showing the Timing Sheet.

As long as the Marshall does not permanently close the Tab/Window of the Webbrowser used, every time the Tab/Window is being focused, a sync will happen automatically (= the recent data stored by the GolfSuite is being shown).

This sync assures the current start times are displayed for the Marshall, with only a few minutes delay in between, to keep tabs on who is playing and at which Tee a flight should currently be at.

Please make sure the device in use has a stable internet connectivity to receive frequent updates about any changes occurring in the current booking schedule.

Player/Flight arrived

If you click on a player (whether you use a touchscreen-device or a Desktop-PC), you can mark a player as arrived or did not attend.

Screenshot_1801.png → Click on this button to set the player as arrived:

Screenshot_1802.png → Click on this button to set the player as did not attend:

Changes of a player’s status will be reflected in the Tee Time calendar.

Early arrivals and Delay

For each Hole/Tee you can define early or late arrivals to let everyone in your team know about the current situation on the course(s) and its flights.

Click on a Hole/Tee directly to open a new dialog window:

It will show the current Hole/Tee selected and which Flight (if there are multiple ones) you have selected.

Manual early or late arrivals per Hole/Tee

You can relay a player’s/a flight’s arrival at a specific Tee manually.

Click on the symbols to add (Screenshot_1806.png) or substract (Screenshot_1805.png) a specified amount of minutes from the arrival time (one minute added/substracted per tap) or enter the value directly:

Use a minus for an early arrival:

Automated early or delay - Flight arrived now

The Flight arrived now button (Screenshot_1803.png) will relay the current time and enter it as the arrival time.

For instance, it is 08:00 → the flight was due to be at 7:50 am at Hole/Tee 1.

→ Flight arrived now will set the arrival time at Hole/Tee 1 as 8:00 am.
