Re-publish tournaments
In this menu item, all tournaments can be sent again to your national association and Nexxchange.com and published again.

Now create the basic data of the tournament (name, date, registration deadline, public or not, Hcp limits, number of players and number of rounds):

Here the groups are displayed according to the HCP limits.The columns Percentage and Number show you how many players would be in which group, with the set HCP specifications.
After entering the HCP and group definition, it is absolutely necessary to go to Save and not Exit immediately = otherwise, the values will not be saved.

By confirming the Range HCP the group below is already adjusted with -18 to -24 and so on.
The usual colour scheme is also used here:
- Green: Input is OK
- Orange: Check input (saving is not possible in this case)

Edit round
It is now possible to create separate rounds (each round on different courses or with different game forms).
If you want to link the calculation of the rounds, HCP Progress must be selected after each round (in the screenshot it is set to 'no').

The process continues like this:
You select the round you want to edit and enter the following information (orange: information for the round is missing):You can now modify each Round separately with the following Fields.

| Starting times | Here you have the possibility to specify the exact start of the tournament (hour/minute). Flight interval and size can also be entered here. Since it is clearer in the Flight-builder, we usually only change the start time here. |
| Toss rule | The necessary selection is preset here - therefore the button is also green. |
| Hcp-effective | If this is not the case, a "Juxturnier" can also be played. In the case of a juxturnier, a club-internal search for the entries is also possible. |
| Use Cr | Most tournaments are played without CR compensation. |
| Tee assignment | Age class always overruled the group definition, which in turn is separated with HCP. |
