Create corporate customers
With the GolfSuite you have the possibility to manage companies as customers or companies as members. You can therefore create these in two different categories.

- Create a "normal" company that you need/deposit for normal order processes.
For this you go on
and then click on Corporate Customer/Agent....
- You can also manage a company as a member (incl. HCP, membership number etc...).
To do this, go to , then click on member and select in the upper area (see illustration below).

Adjusting the address range of company invoices
You can send a company an invoice in which you can specify a direct contact person (at H of Mr. Mustermann). The "Delivery instruction" field is used for this purpose.

The recipient is set if you want to create and deposit the invoice with the company, but would like to send it to another person/company/hotel/agent, and so on. If you use the Recipient field, the name of the customer/company is overwritten. |
Create sales agent
To be able to create an agent (hotel, travel agency, etc.), you must first be in the customer administration → Overview.
Here you go on
and choose Corporate Customer/Agent.Then the usual process occurs, where you continue with creating the corporate customer according to the color scheme:
Search for intermediaries/companies
After you have finished with the company's system, you can immediately view/check/edit it in the customer overview:
In addition, the companies in the table search (grid) are also highlighted in color:

Since the companies are displayed simultaneously with ordinary persons in the same table, you will also see the First names column here. For corporate customers it is important to note that you only assign one name and this name is displayed in the 'Names' column. If you are in the table search and are looking for companies, you have to enter your data directly in the column 'Names'. |
