Info
titleDefault position

By specifying the Default position, each member of this category for ordering the national golf association card receives the deposited info on it.
Differently from a member type, you can also deposit

an individual card

for each individual member

. The individualisation of the card imprint can be done either via the 'Customer administration → Member list → Card imprint', or in the customer administration, under the tab 'Golf →

, an individual default position.

You can customize the default position, you can via path: Customers / Customers & CRM / Tab "Golf Data→ Membership → Card imprint

To ensure that this is actually printed when ordering the national golf association card, the member data must first be uploaded to the association

(more on this under Members - Customer administration#Customer administration-Adjustment/Upload of customers or ÖGV - Österreichischer Golfverband#ÖGV-ÖsterreichischerGolfverband-Verbandsabgleich).
  • By specifying the seller, items are filtered that are not intended for sale to this member type.

titleIndication of the seller and card imprint

By specifying the card imprint, the member receives the information stored on it for ordering the ÖGV card. In contrast to a member type, you can also store an individual card for each individual member.

The individualisation of the card imprint can be done either via the 'Customer administration → Member list → Card imprint', or in the customer administration, under the tab 'Golf → Membership → Card imprint'.

In order for this to be reflected on an ÖGV card when it is ordered, the customer must first be uploaded to the association (more on this under Members - Customer administration#Customer administration-Adjustment/Upload of customers or ÖGV - Österreichischer Golfverband#ÖGV-ÖsterreichischerGolfverband-Verbandsabgleich).
By specifying the seller, items are filtered that are not intended for sale to this member type.

    Card imprint

    ...

If you would like to change a card imprint for a certain type of member, you can do so here. This means that all members for whom you have selected this type will have exactly the same card imprint.

    Image Removed

In this example, all members - who have been assigned the type 'employees' - would receive the card imprint employees of the golf club.
Therefore, this information only needs to be sent to the association, where you can then order the cards.

Additionally you have the possibility under customer administration → member list, to let indicate, where you see, whether the member uses a standard imprint, or an individually adapted imprint has.

    titleIP Address

Please note that in the case of a dynamic IP address, your access is no longer granted due to the changed address. In this case, your computer administrator should change it to a static address. However, you also have the option of assigning any identifier, e.g. 'Reception', instead of the IP address. With this identifier in the URI URL you can then access the Self-service Terminal from any device with an Internet connection. For this it is sufficient to simply add ?device=Reception to the normal URL of the Self-service terminal.

Now that you have made the settings, all you have to do is open the Leaderboard:

Path. Club Self-service Terminal Open Club : Club management → Self-service Terminal → Open

    • After you have made the settings and opened the Self-service Terminal, you will be logged out automatically. You don't need a user now, because the authentication is done via IP address.
    • The Leaderboard always shows you the tournament that will take place today, e.g. if you have entered today under Set up in the tournament system, the results of this tournament will be displayed (if available) (the next day the Leaderboard will be 'empty' again, because the tournament "expired").
