Here you can specify which default values are to be used in each area.
Field | Explanation | Note |

Payment Billing Template category | When a new member is created, it is always assigned the payment billing template category selected here. | This is used to separate, for example, invoices, annual accounts or leases. |
Display category guestsGuest Category | When creating a new day guest, the display category selected here is always displayed. | You can also adjust this here afterwards. |
Display category MembersMembership Category | When creating a new member, the display category selected here is always displayed. | Also here you can adjust it afterwards. |
Membership number generatorNumber Generator | When creating a new member, the next possible number is automatically assigned by the selected generator. | You can change this number in the process while creating the member. |
Member Membership type | When creating a new member, the member type specified here is always assigned. | You can also change this here afterwards. |
National associationAssociation | The association to which the search functions are sent is specified here. | These settings are automatically adjusted. |
Region | Enter a search reference here. This information is used, for example, to check in the background which area code is applicable when a telephone number is entered. | This specification has more of a technical background, which is why you can skip it, as it is already specified. |

Here you enter your access data, which you receive from the association.

Export format | Here you set in which format the export is proposed by default. | When exporting, you can change the format of the file again. |

Please note that in the case of a dynamic IP address, your access is no longer granted due to the changed address. In this case, your computer administrator should change it to a static address. However, you also have the option of assigning any identifier, e.g. 'Reception', instead of the IP address. With this identifier in the URI URL you can then access the Self-service Terminal from any device with an Internet connection. For this it is sufficient to simply add ?device=Reception to the normal URL of the Self-service terminal. |
