Basically there are the following 2 points, which must be considered here:

  • Which data do you need?
  • How do you want the data to be displayed (sorting, format, ...)?

In the export configuration (above) the question 'Which data is required?
In the table view in each area, the sorting and formatting is implemented.
Here you must - before you export - adjust the view (sorting in tables under : General Information#Tables(Grid)).
You can achieve the restriction of the desired list faster in combination with the filter function (Filter function: General information#Filter function).

Finally, you can start the export by triggering it with Image Added.

The export will then be downloaded and you can still continue working. You can find more detailed information on this under : General Information#Long-term Processes

Self-service terminal

The self-service terminal contains several functions that are available to you:

  • Leaderboard (tournament module)
  • Start time calendar for an external monitor (e.g. in the foyer)
  • Start time calendar for the Marshall
  • Own mask to mark a player as having arrived by means of magnetic card reader

Tip
titleSettings for the Self-service terminal

No additional user is required for the Self-service terminal settings (= no concurrent user)

Please note that the devices you want to use must be connected to the Internet and authenticated using static IP.

Leaderbord

Path. Club Configure Self-service Club → Configure Self-service terminal

The following steps must be followed to set up the Leaderboard:

  • The device on which you want to set up/display this mask must have Internet access (PC/Laptop/Touchscreen incl. WLan Stick or LAN cable....).
  • A user with access and sufficient authorisation to the GolfSuite must now log in once.
  • Configure Self-service terminal:

In the " image " below you can see the settings you have to make.
You set the setting to 'Active', select the function Leaderboard and insert your IP address by simply clicking on Image Added it and automatically entering your address.

Warning
titleIP Address

Please note that in the case of a dynamic IP address, your access is no longer granted due to the changed address. In this case, your computer administrator should change it to a static address. However, you also have the option of assigning any identifier, e.g. 'Reception', instead of the IP address. With this identifier in the URI you can then access the SBT from any device with an Internet connection. For this it is sufficient to simply add ?device=Reception to the normal URL of the Self-service terminal.
