Please note that in the case of a dynamic IP address, your access is no longer granted due to the changed address. In this case, your computer administrator should change it to a static address. However, you also have the option of assigning any identifier, e.g. 'Reception', instead of the IP address. With this identifier in the URI you can then access the SBT Self-service Terminal from any device with an Internet connection. For this it is sufficient to simply add ?device=Reception to the normal URL of the Self-service terminal.

  • After you have made the settings and opened the SB Self-service Terminal, you will be logged out automatically. You don't need a user now, because the authentication is done via IP address.
  • The Leaderboard always shows you the tournament that will take place today, e.g. if you have entered today under Set up in the tournament system, the results of this tournament will be displayed (if available) (the next day the Leaderboard will be 'empty' again, because the tournament "expired").

Start time calendar for the Marshall


If you want to offer your Marshall the possibility to view the start times on the golf course, this function is just right for him.

The procedure for the Self-service Terminal settings is the same as above, you just select a different functionality.

Mark players as arrived via Self-service terminal

A further function in the self-service terminal is the marking of players as having arrived, using magnetic card readers.

This ensures - even when the secretary's office is busy - that a proper and correct list can be kept with no-shows.

The procedure for the Self-service terminal settings are all identical:

In the " image " below you can see the settings you have to make.

You set the setting to 'Active', select the Greenfee_set_arrived function and add your IP address by simply clicking on it Image Added, which will automatically enter it for you.
