Access can be found via : Club → Registration data (see screenshot below)

Here you enter your access data, which you receive from the association.

Please make sure that the entered data is correct. Without this information, several services cannot be used (player entries in tournaments, player uploads and downloads, association searches, etc.).

Remember also that if you change your password directly at the association, you also have to enter the change here!


Customer classification


Here you can create and customize membership types and their representation in the start times program.

Member types - Create member

Path. Club My Golf Club Customer Classification Club → My Golf Club → Customer Classification

With the symbol Image Added and a name entry, you can already create a new member type:

Meanwhile, a new invoice template (without content) is created, which you can fill with articles.

  • By specifying the card imprint, the member receives the information stored on it for ordering the ÖGV. In contrast to a member type, you can also deposit an individual card for each individual member. The individualisation of the card imprint can be done either via the 'Customer administration → Member list → Card imprint', or in the customer administration, under the tab 'Golf → Membership → Card imprint'. In order for this to be reflected on an ÖGV card when it is ordered, the customer must first be uploaded to the association (more on this under Members - Customer administration#Customer administration-Adjustment/Upload of customers or ÖGV - Österreichischer Golfverband#ÖGV-ÖsterreichischerGolfverband-Verbandsabgleich).
  • By specifying the seller, items are filtered that are not intended for sale to this member type.


Number of your members and member types


Here you have the possibility to edit your memberships, create new ones and read out how many members you have for which member type.

You can export this list as usual in the table view via the PDF/Excel icon for further processing.
