Overview
This tab is dedicated to the Rental Objects your secretary and, if allowed, your Members and Day Guests may book (online).
Booking a Rental
Simply click into an empty, white space to place a Rental Booking:

→ Click this button to change the Customer’s data.
Additional Resources
You can book additional Rental Objects if required:

The Additional Resources will be added to the currently placed booking as an additional Booking position - if booked additionally, they do not create a unique, independent Booking:
Define Series (= Repeated Rental Bookings until a specific Date)
In “Define Series”, you can define a timeframe, the weekdays a Rental Booking should be created for and you may also check whether all the resources (if you choose Additional Resources) are available.

→ Clicking on this button would create 5 separate Bookings for our chosen Customer and assign the Rental Objects chosen (the original one and any Additional Resource booked as well), prohibiting it from being booked by someone else during the timeframe defined.
Shifting an already placed Rental Booking
Click and hold the left mouse button (LMB) on the original Booking and shift the resource to another Rental Object or/and time:

You can not shift a Rental Block. Only a Rental Booking can be moved this way. |
Performing a Rental Block (with optional Event allocation)
Holding Shift and clicking into the white space creates a Rental Block (in this scenario, starting at 1 p.m.):

Managing, Editing & Paying for placed Bookings
Hover over a placed booking for a new, interactive dialog window to appear:

There are quick information, as to who owns the booking, which Rental Object is booked, the time, customer sub-category and the still to be invoiced price.
Paying for a placed Booking
→ Click on this button to pay for the booking - choose the correct POS-Group and POS-Device:

→ Click on this button to send this Booking to the POS-Group as a POS-Ticket:

Cancel a Booking
→ Click on this button to cancel this Booking:

Switch to Customer & CRM
→ Click on this button to quickly switch to Customers & CRM, opening this Customer’s data record:

Quick View
→ Click on this button to open the quick overview, which enables you to change, cancel, pay at the POS and also add a comment to it:

→ Click on this button to edit the Customer.
-> If you remove the Customer, you can even create a new Customer record right here in this overview:→ Click on this button to save a Comment after defining it (e.g. might rent it longer)
→ Click on this button to cancel this Booking.
→ Click on this button to send the Booking to the POS in order to pay for it.
Rental Objects visibility
You can hide a category of the Rental Object if you wish to do so.

If no Rental Objects can be booked in this Rental Category, the Timetable will be blank. Having multiple Rental Categories might be required if you manage Rental Objects for multiple golf courses, which offer different Rental Objects, pricing, etc. depending on the golf course. |
Refresh, Print and Help
