Screenshot_1704.pngImage Added

You will now see the Rental Booking dialog window. Here you can make further adjustments.

...

Search for a Customer to assign this Rental booking to and you can add an optional Comment:

Screenshot_1707.pngImage Added

Screenshot_1702.pngImage Added → Normally, we would want to finish the Rental Booking by clicking on this button.

Instead, as described in the Comment, we want to check out Additional Resources and also a define a series for this Customer (= a reoccurring booking each Monday).

Info

If you can not find the Customer you are looking for:

Screenshot_1445.pngImage Added → Click on this button to add a new Customer.

Once you added a new Customer or chosen an existing one…

Screenshot_1452.pngImage Added → Click this button to change the Customer’s data.

Additional Resources

You can book additional Rental Objects if required:

Screenshot_1697.pngImage Added

If you define a series, these will also be added each time (if available) - not just for the first booking.

The Additional Resources will be added to the currently placed booking as an additional Booking position - if booked additionally, they do not create a unique, independent Booking:

Define Series (= Repeated Rental Bookings until a specific Date)

In “Define Series”, you can define a timeframe, the weekdays a Rental Booking should be created for and you may also check whether all the resources (if you choose Additional Resources) are available.

Screenshot_1701.pngImage Added → Click on this button to start the evaluation of the Rental Objects.

Screenshot_1698.pngImage Added

Screenshot_1708.pngImage Added → You can click on this button in the upper-right corner to evaluate if the Rental Objects are still free.

→ Clicking on this button would create 5 separate Bookings for our chosen Customer and assign the Rental Objects chosen (the original one and any Additional Resource booked as well), prohibiting it from being booked by someone else during the timeframe defined.

Shifting an already placed Rental Booking

Click and hold the left mouse button (LMB) on the original Booking and shift the resource to another Rental Object or/and time:

Screenshot_1693.pngImage Added

Note

You can not shift a Rental Block. Only a Rental Booking can be moved this way.

Performing a Rental Block (with optional Event allocation)

Holding Shift and clicking into the white space creates a Rental Block (in this scenario, starting at 1 p.m.):

Screenshot_1689.pngImage Added

You may perform this under the Main Category of a Rental (to block all) or under a specific Rental Object:
