Overview
In this Sub-Tab, you haven an overview of all your VAT rates already defined and can create, manage and delete them.
The table-overview lists the following:
Tax Name - name of the Tax
Tax Short Name - short name of the Tax, used in the overview of Product Management, for instance:
Tax Percentage - the tax-percentage for a Product if assigned
Tax Group - the Tax Group this belongs to
Explanation - an explanation for this Tax
Country code - the country this Tax is defined for
The name of the countries changes depending on the GolfSuite’s version
Creating, editing and deleting Tax Rates

→ Click on this button to create a new Tax Rate:
Define the Tax Name, the Tax Short Name, Tax Percentage and the Country code - everything else is optional
→ Click on this button to save the new Tax Rate:
→ Click on this button to start editing the newly defined Tax Rate:
Define the changes you require:

The Tax Percentage follows a specific format: → 0.04 = 4% Or, if more decimals are needed: → 0.029 = 2.9% |

While we recommend not deleting a Tax Rate in use, the Product will remain its percentage-based Tax Rate even if you delete an already assigned Tax Rate. The functionality of the system is not compromised even if you perform this action. |
