Under Invoice Tags, you can find all the tags used for invoices. All tags from each business unit are shown - but if a specific one is only available for a distinct business unit, this will be shown next to the tag.

If you want to add a tag, you can click on the green plus-button, opening a new dialog window:
You may define:
Name (of the invoice tag)
Short name (optional)
Icon (choose an icon, if needed)
Color
Business Unit (if this tag needs to be only available for a specific business unit)
If a invoice tag is being used, it will show you with a checkmark next to the entity:

Adding new Invoice Tags
Invoice Tags can be created and immediately selected during a Periodic Billing process, generating an individual invoice or via the Invoice Tags-button.
Simply click on the green plus-button, define the new invoice-tag and then choose the newly added invoice tag immediately.
