Customer Tags

This tab under Settings shows you an overview of your current Tags.

Open

The following information is defined:

1. Display name (the name of this tag)

2. Managed Golf Club (if defined)

3. Customer Count (how many customers are assigned this tag)

Click on the green + button will open a new dialog window. Define a Managed Golf Club (optional) and a mandatory Display name.

Pressing on the yellow button next to the tag, you can edit your current tag, including adding a Golf Club:

You may choose to delete customer tags, but we suggest you edit them. Tags can always be used to filter customers, which makes them a valuable tool.

An example: No Newsletter

e.g., we assign a tag called “No Newsletter” and filter those customers which do not want to receive a newsletter of any kind:

Now, assign a filter, excluding those who do not want to receive a newsletter:

Once you press on the Find-button, the Maxi Mustermann with the assigned tag will be excluded.

Looking at the end result, we successfully excluded the customer which did not want to receive a newsletter.
