Overview

 

Under this Sub-Tab, you can create, manage and edit the “On Behalf of”-List (= representations for Products)

 

 

You can define already created Sellers and Suppliers to be a Third Party for Products sold in your GolfSuite, which will affect the Cash Receipt in case one of these Products are being sold.

Creating, editing and deleting a new representation

 

 

→ Click on this button to start creating a new representation:

 

 

Choose the already existing Supplier/Seller and click on the checkboxes next to “On Behalf / On Account”:

 

 

The ticked checkboxes affect the Cash Receipt if a Product with a defined representation is being sold at the POS.

→ Click on this button to edit an existing representation:

 

 

→ Click on this button to save the change:

 

 

→ Click on this button to start the process of deleting a representation:

You can not delete an already existing representation assigned to a Product or assigned to an Article (Sub-)Category:
